Runa-Bappa bring new song 'Onayashey'

A new style of Bengali ghazal song 'Onayashey' sung by legendary singers Runa Laila and Bappa Mazumder has been released. The song can be heard on Bappa Mazumder's YouTube channel from Saturday (May 17).

Bappa Mazumder said, this is the first song of our 'Anubhav' album. Runa Laila ma'am has sung wonderfully. The appeal of the song has become different because she has given voice. Each of our songs will be released individually first. Then we will release the entire album by August this year.

Sharing the experience of singing with Runa Laila, he expressed his joy and said, it is a great feeling for me. Being able to sing with such a big artist like her is undoubtedly a huge achievement. There is that joy, but it is also an extraordinary experience of my life.

Bappa Mazumder said, the song was originally written for her. He said after seeing the lyrics, "You should sing with me, let the song be a duet." After that, he sang the song with him. I hope that the listeners of pure songs will like the song.

It is worth noting that there are a total of 10 songs in the album "Anubhav". Bappa said that there will be another solo song by Runa Laila in it. Tanvir Alam Sajeeb, Konal, Tina Russell, Priyanka Gop, Raghav Chatterjee of Kolkata, Anila Naz Chowdhury and Bappa himself will provide additional vocals for the remaining songs in this album.
