In response to a report of Views Bangladesh titled 'shohoz.com's ticket scam leave Eid passengers stranded at Kallyanpur', shohoz.com, a popular platform for e-tickets, has issued a statement clearing their position. Here is the full statement:

We sincerely regret the suffering faced by passengers who purchased Blue Line Express tickets from the shohoz.com platform in Kalyanpur.

shohoz.com always tries to provide easy, reliable ticketing services for passengers. Bus timetables and seat information on our platform are published as per the information provided by the bus operator concerned.

According to the information received, due to bad weather, road problems and additional pressure of Eid journey, it was not possible to operate the scheduled trips of the buses properly. As a result, some trips to Dhaka could not leave on time on March 19, 2026.

In addition, some passengers had to face additional problems due to no one being in charge at the counter in the morning and uncertainty about journey and refund. We are truly sorry for this experience.

Due to the high pressure of phone calls due to Eid, there has been a delay in responding from our customer support in some cases. Even so, we are taking the matter seriously and are verifying the entire incident by talking to the operators and the concerned parties so that such problems do not occur in the future.

The refund process for passengers whose trips were cancelled through shohoz.com has already started as per the rules. In addition, we are also working to resolve passenger complaints quickly.

Passenger trust is very important to us. We are trying to ensure better coordination, communication and service monitoring to avoid such situations in the future.
