Skin Café brings real-world marketing challenge to university students
Skin Cafe has announced the launch of “SkinCafe Sun-Funday,” a nationwide business case competition aimed at university students across Bangladesh, offering participants hands-on experience in solving real-world marketing challenges.
The competition is designed to connect academic learning with practical industry exposure by allowing students to demonstrate their strategic thinking, creativity and branding skills through a marketing-focused challenge.
According to the organisers, the competition will be conducted entirely online in two phases. In the first round, participating teams will submit a marketing strategy presentation based on a business case provided by the company. Selected teams will then move to the second round, where they will create and publish a promotional reel on Facebook as part of the final evaluation process.
Students from any university in Bangladesh are eligible to participate by forming teams of two to three members. However, all members of a team must belong to the same university.
Registration for the competition is free of cost. Interested participants can register until May 14 through [Skin Cafe’s official Facebook page](https://facebook.com/skincafe.co?utm_source=chatgpt.com) or the designated event page.
The competition carries a total prize pool of BDT 30,000. The champion team will receive BDT 15,000, while the first and second runners-up will be awarded BDT 10,000 and BDT 5,000 respectively.
Skin Cafe said the initiative aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry practice while helping identify and nurture the next generation of creative marketers and strategic thinkers in Bangladesh.
