Sydney Sweeney's smoothie priced at Tk 2,000, here's what's inside
Sydney Sweeney, hollywood actress, has launched a special smoothie under her name, with a single glass priced at around Tk 2,000, drawing curiosity among fans who are always eager to know about celebrity lifestyles, including what they eat and how they take care of their bodies.
Along with the price, the ingredients of the bluish-coloured drink have also generated interest, as it contains various fruits, protein, vitamins and supplements.
The smoothie, named "Blueberry Sheeron Smoothie," has been created by Sweeney's own lingerie brand, with blueberry, the actress's favourite fruit, kept as one of the main ingredients of the drink.
Sweeney claims this is not an ordinary fruit shake or smoothie, as it contains extracts of organic fruits and vegetables along with various vitamins, protein and supplements, and the idea behind the ingredients is said to have been drawn from the type of fruits included in the actress's breakfast.
The special smoothie contains blueberry, blackberry, aronia berry, organic almond milk, banana extract, vanilla protein, A2 protein and special beauty vitamins used for hair care, topped with dragon fruit, fresh cream and vegan coconut bacon, giving the drink a rather glamorous presentation.
Several reasons lie behind the smoothie's high price, including the use of organic and specially produced fruit extracts along with various supplements, combined with Sydney Sweeney's celebrity status and her own brand name, making it considerably more expensive than a regular smoothie.
Sweeney's side has also highlighted a social service angle around the smoothie, stating that a significant portion of the proceeds from sales is planned to be spent on the treatment of patients suffering from breast and cervical cancer, meaning the promotion of the drink is placing importance on social welfare alongside the star's popularity and healthy ingredients.
Sydney Sweeney's new smoothie has altogether become a unique blend of celebrity culture, health consciousness, branding and social service, though how much interest fans will show in spending nearly Tk 2,000 on a single glass of smoothie remains to be seen.
