Thai PM greets Tarique Rahman on Independence Day

Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has greeted Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on the occasion of Independence and National Day.

The Thai Prime Minister, on behalf of the government and people of Thailand, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Bangladesh on its Independence and National Day in a message sent on March 26. He also mentioned the long-standing friendly relations between the two countries.

The message said that the relations between Thailand and Bangladesh have been built on the basis of mutual trust, goodwill and understanding. He also expressed the hope that this relationship will be further strengthened in the future.

He also said that he is keen to work closely with the Prime Minister of Bangladesh to enhance cooperation in the mutual interests of the people of the two countries.

This greeting message is being seen as a positive aspect of the diplomatic relations between the two countries centered on Independence Day.
