Tigresses to tour India in mid-December

Bangladesh women's cricket team will tour India in mid-December to play a three-match ODI and T20 series.

A BCB official told Cricbuzz that the two boards are working to finalize the schedule.

Initial thoughts are that the two series may be held in Kolkata and Cuttack. This series is part of the ICC's FTP. The ODI series will be part of the next ODI Championship for both teams.

Regarding the series plan, a BCB official said: "The schedule has not been finalized yet. However, according to the draft schedule that has been made, we will go to India around December 14-15. We have asked the hosts to finalize the schedule in this way."

India has reached the final of the ODI World Cup held at home.

Bangladesh finished seventh in the tournament. Bangladesh did not get a direct place in this year's World Cup. They had to play the qualifiers. Nigar Sultana Jyoti's team will start the fight for direct play in the next World Cup with a match against India.
