Three children aged between 12
 and 13 have been killed as a train run over them at Amtoli in the city's
 Mohakhali area.

The identities of the victcould
 not be known immediately, Kamalapur Railway Police Station Officer-in-Charge
 Ferdous Ahmed Biswas said. 

He said the Jamalpur-bound
 Dewanganj Express train from Kamalapur Railway Station hit them around 6.30am
 on Saturday while the children were going to Sainik Club area from Mohakhali. 

On information, railway police
 went to the spot and recovered their bodies.

The bodies have been kept at
 Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy.

রাজধানীর
 মহাখালীতে ট্রেনে কাটা পড়ে তিন শিশুর মৃত্যু হয়েছে। গতকাল শনিবার ভোর সাড়ে ৬টার দিকে জামালপুর অভিমুখী দেওয়ানগঞ্জ এক্সপ্রেস ট্রেনের নিচে পড়ে শিশুরা মারা যায়।

 পেরিয়ে গেলেও শিশুদের পরিচয় পাওয়া যায়নি।তবে তাদের বয়স ১২ থেকে ১৩
 বছরের মধ্যে।

 রেলওয়ে থানার ওসি ফেরদাউস আহমেদ বিশ্বাস বলেন, মহাখালী থেকে রেললাইন ধরে সৈনিক ক্লাবের দিকে হেঁটে যাচ্ছিল।


ময়নাতদন্তের
 জন্য মরদেহগুলো ঢাকা মেডিকেল কলেজের মর্গে পাঠানো হয়েছে।
