Trump announces cancellation of Biden’s autopen-signed executive orders

US President Donald Trump has announced that executive orders and documents signed by his successor Joe Biden using an 'Autopen' device will be considered null and void.
He made the declaration via a post on his social media platform, Truth Social, on Friday (November 28).
Trump claimed that most of Biden’s executive orders—approximately 92 percent—were signed with an Autopen, a device that can replicate a person’s signature. He described the orders as having “no effect or validity” and warned that legal action would follow if the claim is denied.
Trump, who is 79, reiterated long-standing criticisms that Biden, 82 at the time he left office in January, was too old and mentally unfit to effectively control the executive branch. He emphasised that all decisions, including pardons, executive orders, and legislation, during his presidency were made personally by him.
Autopen devices have been used in the White House for years, with documented use dating back to President Thomas Jefferson in the early 19th century. Trump also used the device during his first term.
