'Tui phele eshechis kare' by Saikat Das set to release on YouTube

‘Tui Phele eshechis Kare’ is one of the timeless songs of world poet Rabindranath Tagore. This song, which is equally appealing to young and old listeners, has been sung by talented musician Saikat Das.

The song has been composed by Suman Kalyan according to the lyrics arranged in the poet’s composition. The song will be released on Suman Kalyan’s own YouTube channel on the evening of February 19.

Saikat Das said, “Suman Kalyan once told me that you have done a lot of modern songs. There is a scent of Rabindra Sangeet in your voice. After that, I started singing Rabindra Sangeet songs. While singing, I fell in love with Rabindra Sangeet.”

Music director Suman Kalyan said, “Saikat da has been singing since the 1970s. Many of his songs have inspired popular artists, but he has never tried to put himself in the spotlight. He has also performed several songs by Rabindranath Tagore. I hope listeners will enjoy this song.”

Since the 1970s, Saikat Das has regularly performed on Bangladesh Television, appearing as a vocalist in various programs. Among his notable songs is Shiuli Mala. He also performed regularly on Bangladesh Betar Chattogram.

Currently, he continues to perform regularly on different television channels. Besides ‘Tui Fele Eshechis Kare,’ several more of his songs are awaiting release.
