An explosion at a factory in Meghnaghat area of Narayanganj has left 11 workers critically injured. According to the police, the blast occurred around 10:30 am on Sunday (November 24). Shawn-bin-Rahman, a doctor at the hospital, said, "Ten of the injured were admitted to the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery for treatment." The workers reported that the explosion occurred while they were working on aerosol production in Unit 1 of the factory. The exact cause of the blast remains unclear.

নারায়ণগঞ্জের মেঘনাঘাটে একটি কারখানায় বিস্ফোরণে ১১ শ্রমিক গুরুতর আহত হয়েছেন। তবে কী কারণে বিস্ফোরণ ঘটেছে তা এখনও জানা যায়নি। রবিবার (২৪ নভেম্বর) সকাল সাড়ে ১০টার দিকে এ বিস্ফোরণের ঘটনা ঘটে বলে জানিয়েছে পুলিশ। হাসপাতালের চিকিৎসক শাওন-বিন-রহমান জানান, আহতদের মধ্যে ১০ জনকে ন্যাশনাল বার্ন ও প্লাস্টিক সার্জারি ইনস্টিটিউটে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে। এ ব্যাপারে শ্রমিকরা জানিয়েছেন, বিস্ফোরণের সময় তারা কারখানার প্রথম ইউনিটে অ্যারোসল উৎপাদনে নিয়োজিত ছিলেন।
