To smoothly conduct of the 47th BCS Preliminary Examination, the government has appointed 120 executive magistrates at exam centers in Dhaka. A new circular regarding this was issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Tuesday (September 16). According to the circular, the exam will be held on 19 September from 10am to 12pm at 113 centres across Dhaka. One executive magistrate will be on duty at each centre during the exam to maintain law and order. In addition, 7 more magistrates have been appointed for duty at the control room of the Public Service Commission Secretariat. The appointed executive magistrates have been instructed to report to the PSC office at 4:30am on September 19. The previous circular issued on September 9 regarding this matter has been canceled.

৪৭তম বিসিএস প্রিলিমিনারি পরীক্ষা সুষ্ঠুভাবে সম্পন্ন করার লক্ষ্যে ঢাকার পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রগুলোতে ১২০ জন নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটকে নিয়োগ দিয়েছে সরকার। মঙ্গলবার (১৬ সেপ্টেম্বর) জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে এ বিষয়ে একটি নতুন প্রজ্ঞাপন জারি করা হয়েছে। প্রজ্ঞাপন অনুযায়ী, আগামী ১৯ সেপ্টেম্বর সকাল ১০টা থেকে দুপুর ১২টা পর্যন্ত ঢাকার ১১৩টি কেন্দ্রে এই পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। পরীক্ষা চলাকালে প্রতিটি কেন্দ্রে আইন-শৃঙ্খলা পরিস্থিতি নিয়ন্ত্রণে একজন করে নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন। এ ছাড়াও সরকারি কর্ম কমিশন (পিএসসি) সচিবালয়ের কন্ট্রোল রুমে দায়িত্ব পালনের জন্য আরও ৭ জন অতিরিক্ত ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট নিয়োগ দেয়া হয়েছে। নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত নির্বাহী ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটদের ১৯ সেপ্টেম্বর ভোর ৪টা ৩০ মিনিটে পিএসসি কার্যালয়ে রিপোর্ট করতে বলা হয়েছে। এর আগে এ-সংক্রান্ত ৯ সেপ্টেম্বর জারি করা প্রজ্ঞাপনটি বাতিল করা হয়।
