VB Desk, Elections

In national parliamentary elections, the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has consistently performed well in this district. In all elections considered relatively free and fair (excluding the 2014, 2018, and 2024 elections), BNP-backed candidates won decisively in Lakshmipur.
