3 killed in CNG and truck collision in Dhamrai

Three people have been killed in a collision between a CNG-run autorickshaw and a truck in Dhamrai of Dhaka. Among the deceased are the autorickshaw driver and two passengers.

The accident took place on the Saturia-Kalampur regional road in Nandeshwari area of the upazila on Thursday afternoon (September 17).

In-charge of Kawalipara police outpost under Dhamrai Police Station Md Elias has confirmed the information of three people being killed in the accident.

He informed that a CNG-run autorickshaw collided with a truck in Nandeshwari area of the Saturia-Kalampur regional road in the afternoon. In this the autorickshaw driver and two passengers died on the spot.

After the accident police went to the spot and took necessary measures. The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
