Three people were killed in a head-on collision between a passenger bus and a battery-run autorickshaw in Sadar Dakshin upazila, Cumilla, on Saturday night, June 6. The accident occurred around 8:00 pm on the Cumilla-Noakhali regional road in the Ratanpur area.
Rohingya youth shot by Arakan Army, swims Naf river to reach Bangladesh
A Rohingya youth was shot and injured by the Arakan Army while fishing in the Naf River inside Myanmar near the Ukhia border in Cox's Bazar. He then swam across the Naf River, covering several kilometres while injured, and crossed into Bangladesh with the help of locals and BGB. He has been admitted to hospital.
