A number of 50 police superintendents (SPs) and 24 additional police superintendents (ASPs) have been transferred simultaneously. The transfers were made through three separate notifications from the Police-1 branch of the Public Security Division of the Home Ministry on Monday (January 13). Deputy Secretary Md Mahbubur Rahman signed those three separate notifications on the orders of the president. In one notification, 19 SPs and in another notification, 31 SPs and in another notification, 24 ASPs have been transferred to different units. These police officers have been transferred to various units including DMP, Police Headquarters, CID, SB, RAB, CMP, PBI, APBN, RMP and BMP.

পুলিশের ৫০ জন পুলিশ সুপার (এসপি) পদমর্যাদার ও অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার (এএসপি) পদমর্যাদার ২৪ কর্মকর্তাকে একযোগে বদলি করা হয়েছে। সোমবার (১৩ জানুয়ারি) স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ের জননিরাপত্তা বিভাগের পুলিশ-১ শাখা থেকে পৃথক তিনটি প্রজ্ঞাপনে এ বদলি করা হয়। রাষ্ট্রপতির আদেশক্রমে পৃথক তিনটি প্রজ্ঞাপনে সই করেন উপসচিব মো. মাহবুবুর রহমান। একটি প্রজ্ঞাপনে ১৯ ও আরেকটি প্রজ্ঞাপনে ৩১ জন পুলিশ সুপার এবং পৃথক অপর প্রজ্ঞাপনে ২৪ জন অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার পদমর্যাদার কর্মকর্তাকে বিভিন্ন ইউনিটে বদলি করা হয়েছে। এসব কর্মকর্তাকে ডিএমপি, পুলিশ হেডকোয়ার্টার, সিআইডি, এসবি, র‍্যাব, সিএমপি, পিবিআই, এপিবিএন, আরএমপি এবং বিএমপিসহ বিভিন্ন ইউনিটে বদলি করা হয়েছে।
