509 more people arrested in ‘Operation Devil Hunt’ across the country
509 people have been arrested in the last 24 hours in Operation Devil Hunt, which began across the country including Dhaka. In addition, 1,457 people have been arrested in other operations including Devil Hunt.

Operation Devil Hunt is a special operation. It has been launched simultaneously across the country since February 8. On February 7, Awami League terrorists carried out a terrorist attack on students and the public in Gazipur. This attack was led by Awami League leaders and activists led by the deposed dictator Sheikh Hasina in a student uprising. Several people were injured and the law and order situation deteriorated as a result of the attack.
Immediately after the incident, it was decided to strengthen the overall security system of the country through a meeting with high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs, law enforcement agencies and other security agencies. In continuation of this, a special operation called 'Devil Hunt' was launched.
