6 DIGs of Police Headquarters get new responsibilities

Six DIG posts, including Administration, have been reshuffled at the Police Headquarters. Six DIGs who are currently serving and those who have recently joined have been given responsibilities in different posts.

The reshuffle was made in an office order signed by Inspector General of Police (IGP) Baharul Alam on Monday (December 22).

Of the six, DIG of the Logistics Department of the Police Headquarters, Khondaker Nazmul Hasan, has been transferred to Administration, Taptun Nasreen to DIG Headquarters, Ashiq Sayeed to DIG Equipment and Transport, Sarwar Murshed Shamim to Logistics, Atiqur Rahman to Finance and Mostafizur Rahman to Development.
