A number of 64 officers from the rank of DIG, Additional DIG and Police Superintendent of Bangladesh Police have been transferred and withdrawn. The transfer and withdrawal were made in two separate notifications from the Police-1 branch of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday. In a notification, one DIG, eiggt additional DIGs and 39 officers of the rank of Superintendent of Police were transferred to various units. In another notification, one DIG, five additional DIGs and 10 officers from the rank of Superintendent of Police were withdrawn from their current posts and attached to different units.

বাংলাদেশ পুলিশের ডিআইজি, অতিরিক্ত ডিআইজি ও পুলিশ সুপার পদমর্যাদার ৬৪ কর্মকর্তাকে বদলি ও প্রত্যাহার করা হয়েছে। সোমবার স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ের জননিরাপত্তা বিভাগের পুলিশ-১ শাখা থেকে পৃথক দুটি প্রজ্ঞাপনে এ বদলি ও প্রত্যাহার করা হয়। একটি প্রজ্ঞাপনে একজন ডিআইজি, ৮ জন অতিরিক্ত ডিআইজি ও ৩৯ জন পুলিশ সুপার পদমর্যাদার কর্মকর্তাকে বিভিন্ন ইউনিটে বদলি করা হয়। আরেকটি প্রজ্ঞাপনে একজন ডিআইজি, ৫ জন অতিরিক্ত ডিআইজি ও ১০ জন পুলিশ সুপার পদমর্যাদার কর্মকর্তাকে চলতি পদ থেকে প্রত্যাহার করে বিভিন্ন ইউনিটে সংযুক্ত করা হয়।
