Adam Tamizi Haque, the Managing Director of Haque Group and a former Awami League leader, has been detained on multiple charges. Members of Detective Branch of Police (DB) on Saturday night detained Tamizi Haque from his residence in the Gulshan area of the capital. According to the BD police, Tamizi Haque was taken to the DB office in capital's Mintu Road for interrogation.

হক গ্রুপ অব ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক আলোচিত ব্যবসায়ী আদম তমিজী হককে আটক করেছে ঢাকা মহানগর গোয়েন্দা পুলিশ (ডিবি)। শনিবার (৯ ডিসেম্বর) রাতে গুলশানের বাসা থেকে তাকে আটক করে ডিবি পুলিশের একটি টিম। ডিবি সূত্রে আরও জানা যায়, আদম তমিজী হককে আটক করে মিন্টু রোডে অবস্থিত ডিবি কার্যালয়ে নেওয়া হচ্ছে। সেখানে তাকে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করা হবে।
