Adviser Asif Mahmud ranks 5th in NSU admission test
Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuiyan, Adviser to the Ministries of Youth & Sports and Local Government, Rural Development, and Co-operatives, has passed the admission test for the postgraduate program at North South University.
The university published the admission test results on its website on Wednesday evening (April 30), where nine candidates were declared successful. Asif Mahmud’s name appeared fifth on the list.
He has been offered admission to the Executive Masters in Policy and Governance (EMPG) program under the South Asian Institute of Policy and Governance (SIPG).
The admission test for the EMPG program was held on April 25. On that day, Asif Mahmud personally attended and sat for the exam at the North South University campus. After a few photos of him taking the test were shared on social media, the incident drew significant public attention.
