All National University exams suspended following Uttara plane crash

In the wake of the tragic crash of a Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft at Milestone School and College in Uttara, Dhaka, which resulted in numerous casualties, the government has declared a national day of mourning. Consequently, all exams under the National University scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, have been suspended.

An urgent notice from the National University stated that due to the loss of life and property caused by the accident on the school premises, all exams planned for Tuesday are postponed. Revised schedules will be announced later, while other exam dates remain unchanged.

The crash occurred on Monday, July 21, at approximately 1:18 pm, when an FT-7 BGI model training aircraft went down inside the Milestone School and College campus, catching fire immediately after impact.

The latest reports confirm that 27 people have died, including 25 children, one pilot, and one teacher.
