The call was made in an emergency notice signed by Counsellor and Head of Chancery Mohammad Moniruzzaman on Thursday, September 3.

The notice stated that for safety reasons, Bangladeshis living in Kuwait should stay away from military installations. At the same time, everyone has been requested to respect Kuwaiti law and follow the directives issued by the country's government.

The embassy also urged expatriates not to take any photos or videos of missile or drone attacks. Additionally, they were advised to be cautious in using social media and to refrain from uploading any images or videos of the regional situation on social platforms.

For emergencies, Bangladeshis were asked to contact the Bangladesh Embassy in Kuwait via hotline numbers +965 69920013, +965 66516404, +965 50895161, or email at mission.kuwait@mofa.gov.bd.
