Bangladesh’s forex reserve stands at $31.14bn

Bangladesh’s foreign exchange reserve currently stands at approximately $31.14 billion, according to the latest data from Bangladesh Bank.

However, using the IMF’s BPM6 accounting method, the reserve is calculated at $26.42 billion.

As of 25 November, the country’s gross reserve was $31,100.16 million, while the IMF BPM6-based calculation shows $26,393.03 million.

A day earlier, on 24 November, the gross reserve was $31,086.35 million, with the BPM6-based reserve at $26,378.47 million.
