The BGB also said that the estimated market value of a total of 100,000 pieces of Yaba recovered in the three operations is Tk 3 crore.

In this regard, Lieutenant Colonel Md. Zahirul Islam, commander of the Ukhia Battalion, said, "BGB is not only in border guarding, but also in a strict position to prevent drugs and smuggling. Our operation will continue."

He also said that BGB surveillance has been strengthened to prevent drug trafficking at the border in the Cox's Bazar region and the scope of such operations will be further expanded in the future.
