Bhutanese Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay is set for a three-day official visit in Bangladesh. He will arrive on November 22 of this year. 
According to a government gazette issued on Sunday (November 16), the Bangladesh government has designated him as a Very Very Important Person (VVIP) during his stay. 
The declaration was made under Section 2(a) of the Special Security Force Act, 2021. 
The order, issued by command of the President, takes effect immediately, said in the gazette.

আগামী ২২ নভেম্বর বাংলাদেশ সফর করবেন ভুটানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেরিং টোবগে। বাংলাদেশ সফরকালীন তাকে ‘অতি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যক্তি’হিসাবে ঘোষণা করেছে সরকার। রোববার (১৬ নভেম্বর) এ সংক্রান্ত সরকারি গেজেট প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। গেজেটের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, বিশেষ নিরাপত্তা বাহিনী (স্পেশাল সিকিউরিটি ফোর্স) আইন, ২০২১-এর ধারা ২(ক) এর অধীনে সরকার ভুটানের প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেরিং টোবগেকে ২২ থেকে ২৪ নভেম্বর পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশ সফরকালে ‘অতি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যক্তি’ হিসেবে ঘোষণা করেছে। রাষ্ট্রপতির আদেশক্রমে জারি করা এই নির্দেশনা অবিলম্বে কার্যকর হবে।
