BNP leader Ishraque gets engaged

Engineer Ishraque Hossain, Special Assistant to the BNP Chairperson’s Advisory Committee on Foreign Affairs, has got engaged.

On Friday, October 10, Ishraque, son of late Dhaka City Mayor Sadeque Hossain Khoka, exchanged rings with Barrister Nusrat Khan in a family ceremony.

Nusrat’s father, Noor Mohammad Khan, was a member of the cabinet of martyred President Ziaur Rahman and a former Member of Parliament from Tangail.

The engagement was confirmed to the media on Saturday, October 11, by BNP Media Cell member Shairul Kabir Khan. Ishraque’s mother, Ismat Hossain, and Nusrat’s father, Noor Mohammad, sought blessings from the nation for the couple’s future.
