BNP's 31-point proposal will match interim govt reforms: Mirza Fakhrul

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said, "The 31-point proposal is not solely BNP's; it was developed based on the collective views of all those involved in the movement. Several of these points will coincide with the interim government reforms."

He made this remark at a seminar held at a luxury hotel in the capital on Thursday. The BNP Secretary General further mentioned, "The state reform proposal that BNP presented on July 13, 2023, nearly two years ago, is being revisited at this event."

He also said, "The 31-point proposal is not only BNP's; it was created with input from our allies in the united movement. The new proposal will align with the 31-point plan, as it is designed with the vision of advancing the nation."

The seminar was presided over by Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, while the party's Acting Chairman, Tarique Rahman, joined virtually as the chief guest.
