BRAC distributes 300 blankets to underprivileged people in Atrai

As part of BRAC's emergency response programme, 300 blankets have been distributed to the poor, helpless and disabled people in Atrai Upazila of Naogaon district.

The winter clothing distribution programme was held at BRAC's Atrai office on Tuesday (January 13) morning. Sheikh Md. Alaul Islam, the Honorable Upazila Executive Officer of Atrai Upazila, was present as the chief guest.

Responsible officials of BRAC Atrai and Naogaon-1 regions were also present at the programme. Among them were Md. Mostafa Mahmudul Masum (Deputy Manager, Business Development Unit, Naogaon-1), Md. Mahbub Alam (Area Manager, BRAC Atrai), Mohammad Mizanur Rahman (Branch Manager, BRAC Atrai) and other BRAC officials and staff.

This initiative by BRAC aims to provide warmth and comfort to the poor and underprivileged people during the winter season.
