A bulldozer entered the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Memorial Museum in Dhanmondi-32 in the capital.

The bulldozer entered the Dhanmondi-32 area at 10:50 pm on Wednesday.

A procession of students and the public was seen in front and behind the bulldozer.

Protesters started moving towards Dhanmondi-32 from different areas of the capital at around 7:30 pm on Wednesday.

They chanted various slogans against dictatorship, fascism and the Awami League. They hit the walls of the house and various places with shovels, hammers and rods. Some opened the windows and took away, while others took away a brick as a souvenir.

A team of the army went to the spot at around 9:30 pm and entered the house, but they came out under pressure from the students and the public present.

After this incident, the traffic police in the area also moved away from the road at night.
