Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus has arrived at the South Plaza of the National Parliament to attend July Uprising Day ceremony. He will also read out the July Declaration within a short time. He arrived at the venue at the South Plaza of the National Parliament Building at 5 pm on Tuesday. Soon after his arrival, the ceremony started with the national anthem and then an one-minute silence for the July martyrs.

জুলাই ঘোষণাপত্র পাঠ অনুষ্ঠানে যোগ দিয়েছেন প্রধান উপদেষ্টা ড. মুহাম্মদ ইউনূস। মঙ্গলবার বিকাল ৫টায় জাতীয় সংসদের দক্ষিণ প্লাজায় জুলাই ঘোষণাপত্র পাঠ অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হয়। বাংলাদেশ টেলিভিশন (বিটিভি)সহ বিভিন্ন গণমাধ্যম ও অনলাইন অনুষ্ঠানটি সরাসরি সম্প্রচার করছে। অনুষ্ঠানে জুলাই গণঅভ্যুত্থানের পক্ষের বিভিন্ন রাজনৈতিক দলসহ বিভিন্ন শ্রেণিপেশার বিপুল সংখ্যক মানুষ উপস্থিত আছেন। গত বছরের ৫ আগস্ট ছাত্র-জনতার অভ্যুত্থানের মুখে দেশ ছাড়েন শেখ হাসিনা। তারপর ৮ আগস্ট গঠিত হয় অন্তর্বর্তী সরকার। ড. ইউনূসের নেতৃত্বে পরিচালিত এ সরকার জুলাই ঘোষণাপত্র চূড়ান্ত করে।
