CA Yunus mourns Pope Francis' death

Chief Adviser Dr Muhammad Yunus mourned the death of Pope Francis, the highest religious leader of Catholic Christians.

The Chief Adviser's press wing reported this on Monday.

Pope Francis breathed his last at the age of 88 at the Casa Santa Marta residence in the Vatican on Monday. It is known that Pope Francis, the first Latin American leader of the Roman Catholic Church, was suffering from various diseases. His physical condition worsened in recent weeks.

The Vatican News Service reported that Pope Francis died at his residence in the Casa Santa Marta in the Vatican. His entire life was dedicated to the service of the Lord and his church.

A day before his death, he appeared in St. Peter's Square and gave a 'Happy Easter' message to thousands of worshippers.

Pope Francis, the first Latin American pope in history, captivated the world with his humble demeanor and love for the poor.
