Special attention should be paid to ensuring that people do not become victims of harassment when coming to the police station.

He asked the new officers not to be obedient to any party, implement any party's agenda or follow their unfair and unjust instructions, and behave unprofessionally and do illegal things.
He said, the Bangladesh state belongs to all citizens, not to any party, not to any group, not to any community. Bangladesh Police are independent employees of the Republic, who abide by specific laws. As employees of the Republic, Bangladesh Police will work tirelessly to ensure the overall security of all citizens of the state and establish the rule of law. They will not act unprofessionally and illegally while implementing the agenda of any party or following their unjust and unfair instructions. I am hopeful that you will be strengthened by this oath at today's closing ceremony.
