A committee will be formed by Sunday to convert the Ganabhaban into a revolution museum, preserving the relics of the fascist regime.

Advisers Adilur Rahman Khan, Md. Nahid Islam and Asif Mahmud said this after visiting Ganabhaban on Saturday afternoon.

Post, Telecommunication and Information Technology Adviser Md Nahid Islam said the Cabinet has already decided to convert the former prime minister’s residence called “Ganabhaban into a memorial museum” of the July Mass Uprising, since the general public occupied the Ganabhaban on 36th July or August 5.

“We tested the victory at the cost of bloodshed and sacrifice. As a result, Ganabhaban was opened to the public,” he also said.
