BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has commented that creating further instability in society with ultra-revolutionary thoughts is not desirable.

He said this while attending a book discussion organized at the National Press Club on Tuesday (January 21) afternoon to mark the 89th birthday of Ziaur Rahman and the 12th founding anniversary of the Zia Memorial Library.

He said, one thing must always be remembered, one cannot be stubborn. Creating further instability and an extreme situation in society with ultra-revolutionary thoughts may not be desirable in any way. Creating anarchy would probably not be right, we must keep this in mind.

Calling on everyone to be patient, the BNP Secretary General said, if we want to control the unrest that is going on here now, we have to be patient. We will not do such a thing, let us not invite more danger by creating anarchy. We have to remember these things.

The program was moderated by General Secretary Md. Zahir Dipti, chaired by Zia Memorial Library President Abdus Salam. Professor Dr. also joined the book discussion. Mahbub Ullah, Narsingdi District BNP Member Secretary Manjure Elahi, BNP Acting Chairman's Advisor Mahdi Amin, among others were also present at the occasion.
