Death toll rises to 31, 165 injured in Uttara plane crash
The death toll from the crash of an Air Force fighter jet near Milestone School and College in Uttara has risen to 31, with 165 people injured.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) office updated the figures by noon on Tuesday, July 22, one day after the tragic accident on Monday, July 21.
ISPR confirmed that all state agencies, including the military, are actively involved in treating the injured. Most victims are receiving medical care at various government and private hospitals across the capital.
A high-level investigation committee has been formed to determine the cause of the crash. The government and armed forces have pledged full support to the affected families.
