DMP transfers three assistant commissioners

The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has transferred three assistant commissioners, including an officer serving in the Secretariat Security Division.

The transfers were announced in an office order issued by the DMP on Sunday (September 13) and signed by Commissioner Mosleh Uddin Ahmed.

Under the order, Assistant Commissioner Md Atiqur Rahman of the Secretariat Security Division has been transferred to the Traffic-Gulshan Division’s Mohakhali Zone.

Assistant Commissioner Fazlul Haque of the Kotwali Zone under the Lalbagh Division has been posted to the Detective Branch’s Tejgaon Division, where he will serve with the Organised Crime and Car Theft Team.

Assistant Commissioner Mahmudul Hossain of the DB Tejgaon Division’s Organised Crime and Car Theft Team has been transferred to the Lalbagh Division’s Kotwali Zone.

The order also cancelled a September 8 transfer order that had posted Khan Mahmudul Hasan to the Traffic-Mohakhali Zone.
