The temperature in Dhaka has risen as no rainfall was recorded in the past 24 hours. According to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department, the weather is expected to remain mostly dry throughout Monday, November 3, with a slight increase in warmth during the first half of the day.

The six-hour forecast from 7 am stated that the sky over Dhaka may remain partly cloudy, with no chance of rain. Daytime temperatures are likely to rise slightly, making the day feel warmer.

At 6 am, the temperature in Dhaka was 24.5°C with 87% humidity, and no rainfall was recorded in the past day. On Sunday, November 2, the maximum temperature was 30°C, and the minimum was 24.2°C.

Meteorologist Md Hafizur Rahman explained that this warmth at the start of November is due to seasonal transition. “Although dry air is beginning to flow from the north, humidity levels remain high, making it feel hotter when the sun rises,” he said.

He added that a hint of winter may be felt from the second week of November. Over the next few days, temperatures in Dhaka and central Bangladesh are expected to remain between 30°C and 32°C. There is no chance of rain, though light clouds may appear.

The sun will set today at 5:18 pm, and sunrise tomorrow (Tuesday, November 4) will be at 6:06 am.
