DU's 'Ga' unit admission tests start in 8 divisional cities

The admission tests for ‘Ga’ unit, for the graduation (honours) courses of 2022-23 academic year, under the Faculty of Business Studies of the Dhaka University has started at 11:00am on Saturday (February 24).

The examinations, started simultaneously in eight major universities of the country’s eight divisional cities including Dhaka, are scheduled to continue till 12:30pm. The Dhaka University is the centre for the candidates of Dhaka Division.

Out of one and a half hours examination, 45 minutes will be allocated for the MCQ portion of 60 marks and 45 minutes for the written part of 40 marks. For each wrong answer in MCQ exam, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

This year, 37,681 students have applied against 1,250 seats under the ‘Ga’ of the DU. Besides the DU, the admission tests are being held today at Chittagong University, Rajshahi University, Khulna University, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in Sylhet, Begum Rokeya University in Rangpur, Barishal University, and Bangladesh Agricultural University in Mymensingh.
