EC urges postal voters to contact call center for password issues

The Election Commission (EC) has urged registered voters to contact the call center to resolve password-related issues on the Postal Vote BD app. For this purpose, four hotlines and WhatsApp numbers have been opened, which will provide service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Election Commission gave this information in a notification published on the Postal Vote BD app on Thursday (January 15).

The notification said that for password reset or resolution of related issues on the Postal Vote BD app, respected voters are requested to contact the designated call center numbers. The call center service will be available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

The EC said 1,533,683 voters will cast ballots through the postal voting system for the February 12 election, with voting scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday (January 21–25), after which ballots must be returned by post.
