Education Ministry issues 9 directives for students
The Ministry of Education has issued a nine-point directive to return students to classes following unrest and violence in educational institutions.
Additionally, educational institution heads have been instructed to arrange graffiti based on "36th July".
On Thursday, the Ministry of Education issued this directive.
The directive says that it has been observed recently that students at the school and college levels in various parts of the country, including Dhaka, are participating in meetings, assemblies, and rallies on issues unrelated to education.
As a result, educational activities are being disrupted, and young students are being physically and mentally affected. Moreover, these uninvited activities are causing concern and anxiety among both students and parents.
The directive further says that students need to be kept education-focused or class-oriented and should be widely engaged in various types of co-curricular activities. To achieve this, the heads of educational institutions, with the involvement of parents, must take the necessary steps to strengthen classroom activities and co-curricular programs.
