Four members of the same family died when a wall collapsed in Moulvibazar Panirchhara area of Hnila Union in Teknaf, Cox's Bazar around 3 pm on Thursday. Teknaf police station OC Osman Gani confirmed this information citing the local chairman. He said, “Four people died due to the collapse of mud wall. On information, police rushed to the spot.”

কক্সবাজারের টেকনাফে মাটির দেয়াল ধসে একই পরিবারের ৪ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। বৃহস্পতিবার (১৬ নভেম্বর) রাতে উপজেলার হ্নীলা ইউনিয়নের মৌলভীবাজার ১নং ওয়ার্ড মরিচ্যাঘোনায় এ ঘটনা ঘটে। তাৎক্ষণিক নিহতদের নাম-পরিচয় জানা যায়নি। টেকনাফ থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি) মো. ওসমান গণি বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করেছেন। তিনি বলেন, হ্নীলা ইউনিয়নের চেয়ারম্যান মুঠোফোনে বিষয়টি জানিয়েছেন। পুলিশের একটি টিম ঘটনাস্থলে পাঠানো হয়েছে। বিস্তারিত পরে জানা যাবে।
