ACC sets June 24 for interrogation of Benazir's wife-daughters
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has rescheduled the interrogation of Zeeshan Mirza, the wife of former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Benazir Ahmed, and their two daughters to June 24.
Sunday was initially scheduled for the ACC to interrogate Benazir Ahmed's wife and daughters regarding illegal wealth. However, they did not appear and submitted petitions requesting an additional 15 days to comply.
Confirming the application, an ACC source disclosed that a new interrogation date for them has been set for June 24.
The former IGP was initially called for questioning on June 6. However, due to his request for an extension, the session was rescheduled to June 23.
