All educational institutions of Chattogram city closed Monday

Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) will use the infrastructure of 81 educational institutions of CCC as shelters to avoid the damage caused by Cyclone Remal.

As a result, all the educational institutions of the port city will remain closed on Monday (May 27).

CCC Mayor Md Rezaul Karim Chowdhury announced this in an emergency preparation meeting to determine what to do to deal with the cyclone at the CCC office on Sunday (May 26) afternoon.

The mayor said, "All the educational institutions of under the CCC wwill be closed on Monday. The infrastructure of 81 educational institutions will be used as shelters to avoid damage if Cyclone Remal hits.”
