Popular actor and also a former minister Asaduzzaman Noor has been arrested. Detective Police picked him up at 11pm on Sunday from the Nawratan Colony on Bailey Road. Former culture minister Noor was sued in a case filed with Mirpur Police Station, Dhaka Metropolitan Police said in a statement on Sunday night.

সংস্কৃতি বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয়ের সাবেক মন্ত্রী আসাদুজ্জামান নূরকে গ্রেপ্তার করেছে মহানগর গোয়েন্দা পুলিশ (ডিবি)। রবিবার (১৫ সেপ্টেম্বর) রাত ১১টার দিকে বেইলী রোডের নওরতন কলোনী থেকে তাকে গ্ৰেপ্তার করা হয়। তিনি মিরপুর থানার একটি মামলার এজাহার নামীয় আসামি।
