The Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (BCD) has demanded administrative and legal action within 48 hours against Dhaka University Central Students’ Union Vice President Sadik Kayem and several of his alleged associates, accusing them of involvement in operating social media pages used for propaganda.
Police have arrested Sudip Chakraborty, an associate professor of the Theatre and Performance Studies Department at Dhaka University, in connection with the suicide of student Munira Mahzabin Mimo .
