Bangladesh invite India to bat first in Chennai Test

In the first match of the two-Test series, Bangladesh won the toss and chose to bowl first against India on Thursday. The game is being played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, India.

Before this, Bangladesh won a Test series 2-0 against Pakistan in Pakistan. This gives the players extra motivation as they get ready to play India. With that inspiration, Najmul Hossain Shanto's team is now on the field against India.

Bangladesh will play two Test matches and three Twenty20 matches during their tour of India. The second Test will start on September 27 in Kanpur.
