BCB announces U19 Women's squad for T20 World Cup

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the squad for the ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup, set to take place in Malaysia from January 12 to February 2.

Bangladesh will compete in Group D against Australia, Nepal, and Scotland.

Prior to the tournament, the Bangladesh Under-19 team will play four T20 matches against Malaysia in Sri Lanka from January 3-9.

The junior tigresses will depart for Colombo on January 2.

Bangladesh Squad: Sumaiya Akhter (captain), Afifa Ashima Ira (vice-captain), Mosammat Eva, Fahomida Choya, Habiba Islam Pinky, Juairia Ferdous, Faria Akhter, Farzana Yasmin, Anisa Akhter Shobha, Sumaiya Akhter Suborna, Nishita Akhter Nishi, Lucky Khatun, Jannatul Mawa, Sadia Akhter, Sadia Islam.
