Biman Bangladesh changes international flight schedule

Amid the ongoing conflict between India and Pakistan, Biman Bangladesh Airlines has changed the route and schedule of international flights.

The national flag carrier has taken this decision due to the flight operating over Pakistani airspace.

A press release sent by Biman Bangladesh Airlines stated that the changed schedule will be effective from Friday to May 31.

According to the changed flight schedule, the departure time of Dhaka-Toronto flight (BG 305/306) from Dhaka has been brought forward by 45 minutes. Earlier, the flight used to depart at 3:45 am. Now, it will depart at exactly 3 pm. However, the departure time of the flight from Toronto will remain unchanged. The departure time of Dhaka-London flight (BG 201/202) has been brought forward by 40 minutes. Earlier, the flight used to depart from Dhaka at 7:40 am. Now, it will depart at exactly 7 am. Especially for Thursday, the departure time of the flight from Dhaka to London has been set at 8:10 am instead of 8:50 am. The departure time from London will remain unchanged. Dhaka-Rome route BG 355/356 flights will depart Dhaka at 10:15 am instead of 11:30 am. There has been no change in the departure time of flights from Rome.

As a result of this change, passengers are requested to be at the airport on time.
