Biswa Ijtema's 2nd phase begins
It has begun with general sermons by noted scholars after Fajr prayers. This phase will end with ‘Akheri Munajat’ or final prayers on Wednesday (February 5).
The first phase ended on February 2, with Akheri Munjat starting at 9am and lasting over 20 mins.
People from 41 districts and parts of Dhaka participated in the first phase, along with over 2,000 foreign devotees.

Four Biswa Ijtema participants have died so far during the first two days of the first phase.
Sixty-three marriages were conducted at the 58th Bishwa Ijtema without dowry, following the tradition of Hazrat Fatima (RA) and Hazrat Ali (RA).
The third phase will be held from February 14 to 16.
