Brazilian legend Ronaldinho to visit Dhaka

Legendary Brazilian footballer Ronaldinho will visit Dhaka on 18 October. The former player of Barcelona, PSG, AC Milan is visiting Kolkata and Dhaka on the invitation of Indian sports entrepreneur Shatdru Dutta Initiative.

Confirming the news Shatdru Dutta said, Ronaldinho will have a meet and greet event at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dhaka on the night of October 18, where Bangladesh Football Federation president Kazi Salahuddin and national team captain Jamal Bhuiyan, among others, have been invited. Earlier, Argentina's World Cup winning goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez came to Dhaka under Shatdru's patronage.

Before coming to Dhaka, Ronaldinho will participate in various events in Kolkata. During Bangladesh visit, he will participate in a meet and greet in the evening on this short tour to Dhaka. The Brazilian may also pay a visit to the Prime Minister's Office subject to an appointment of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
